This report identified the bottlenecks in the recruitment process and lead to less lead time for candidates.

Executive Idle Reduction

The Vehicle Idling report provided VPs with high level insights to the progress of the Idle Reduction Campaign at USIC, which lead to a $2.4 million cost reduction in idle fuel waste in 2025.

Procurement Cost Analysis

My reporting for the procurement division at USIC painted the picture leadership needed to effect change in vendor decisions, saving $4 million in locating supplies costs alone.
